Head - Sales - Building Material

We per having an urgent opening as DIVISIONAL SALES HEAD - PROJECTS (PAN INDIA) for a reputed company into BUILDING MATERIALS for KOLKATA location.

- Base Job Location : KOLKATA

Will be responsible for heading two divisions into project sales and government business across PAN INDIA

Role :

- Responsible for Institutional sales through builders, Civil contractors, Consultants, managing a team, tapping new project orders. Business Development, key account management. Prospect project opportunities all over India

- Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architect and color consultants in order to achieve maximum project reach and maximum word of mouth suggestion for our Brand.

- Train and develop sales teams to achieve objectives.

- Prof. Qualification : Graduate (any discipline, preferably Science) + MBA (Mktg.) Pref

15 yrs experience in project sales preferable from the paints trade, building materials etc.

Personality traits :

a) Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having

sound managerial capability.

b) Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship

c) Sound analytical skill and a Team Player

d) Should have excellent communication skills
