Educational Qualifications : BE Mechanical / Chemical Engineering/PG Key Responsibilities : - Build brewery business to 2x through international expansion, ring fencing domestic customers and key accounts. - Drive business development by identifying and securing new business opportunities,including partnerships and managing key accounts. - Manage and aggressively grow the business, with sharp focus on the market,business deliverables and performance targets. - Formulate and implement annual and medium term strategic business devlopment and sales plans for businesses - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Authorities, Industry Associations etc. with a long-term perspective. Technical Competencies : - Understands the brewery process - Should be able to add value to the technical and commercial proposals made by the team. - Should have an appreciation of World class Aesthteic quality expectations of MNC
