Head - Sales / Brand Control FMCG Company Mumbai
The Sales & Brand Controlling function is responsible for Planning, MIS reporting and Controlling and reports to the Finance Director
Key competencies :
- Good understanding of FMCG /RETAIL business
- Exposure to Corporate and Business Finance role in multinational companies / reputed corporate groups
- Accounting knowledge and in-hand experience (Controlling & Business decision support)
- Strong acumen to long term Strategic Business Planning and successful achievement of profitable growth through KPI based steering
- Strive for giving a sustainable platform to organization for business planning, reporting, controlling and partnering
- Good team building capability and lead by example
- Adaptability to change environment and constructive results with collaboration of cross functional teams
- A high degree of diligence, an analytical mindset and flair for numbers
- Self drive, motivated, accountable and service orientation
- Willingness to travel and mobility
Education : B.Com. + CA / MBA (good B.school) with minimum 10 years relevant experience (FMCG / Consumer Durables / Retail background preferred)
PC Know-how : Excellent MS-Office skills (especially advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint), Quick grasp of accounting-software (SAP preferred)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
