Sales Head- India
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement sustainable solutions for multi-tower opportunities by leading wide-range of tactical assignments.
- Building a pipeline with Business sales and development strategies, leadership management, interaction with clients for business and contract administration.
- Direct the analysis of sales and business development on a monthly basis.
- Revenue management which involve client interaction and their advisors to assess strategies based on objectives, risk assessment and identifying opportunities.
- Formulate strategic & long-term business plans and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
- Creating relationships with high and CXO level client with assistance of banking transactions for the clients.
- Utilize result driven approach and service improvement-centred mind-set to drive positive change in the organizational and delivery culture.
- Apply and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams to deliver stronger and more relevant value propositions.
- Work towards the development and sustenance of B2B relationships.
- Develop, measure, and report on key metrics around the business including client acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction, renewal rates and refine go to market activities as require.
- Manage customer centric operations with ensured client satisfaction by achieving delivery, service quality norms and provide value added services to clients.
