Description :
1) Revenue Management:
- Develop detailed sales plans at Team and individual level
- Ensure successful execution to achieve the desired outcome
2) Sales Management:
- Assign roles & customer segments to each team member
- Provide sales capabilities development guidance to the team
3) KPI:
- Demand Generation
- Ensure optimum funnel creation to meet sales goals
- Achieve agreed to win rations in strategic deals
4) Stakeholder Management:
- Play a supporting role to the internal & external customers to their optimum satisfaction
Profile :
- 12-15 years of IT Services/solution selling experience
- The managed high performing sales team
- Catered to large enterprises and national accounts
- Must have experience of selling to BFSI clients in India
