About the Client
Our client is one of the fastest growing organizations in the food & beverages space with a line of exciting beverage products in cold pressed juices and beverages in Indian traditional flavours, targeting sales through multiple channels, General Trade, Modern Trade, QSRs, and in Horeca. They have built a strong presence in the Delhi/NCR market and are expanding to other markets in India.
Responsiblities
The role is based out of Delhi and would be responsible for:
- Devising the strategy for building and penetration across the multiple channels, Modern Trade, Horeca and General Trade for two brands
- Planning & implementation of all strategic initiatives related to business. Leading operations with full responsibility for the revenue growth
- Building the channels for both the brands in different cities basis the target segment for both the brands
- Building relationships and partnerships with the retailers and distributors
- Being responsible for the overall sales growth and profitability numbers
- Working along with a young team and managing the overall sales & distribution
- Being part of the leadership group and contribute in the overall strategy for the brands
- Leading the overall sales team and guiding them with focus on building a strong sales team
About the Candidate
The candidate would report to the founder of the organization and should have/be:
- An MBA from a top B-School
- Experience of 5-8 years in sales relevant FMCG organizations
- Entrepreneurial approach and a strategic outlook to building businesses
- Deep understanding of the channel management and customer dynamics
- Focus on growth of the revenue and build sustainable distribution channels
