Position: Head of Sales   Exp : 15-18 Years  Location: Nigeria  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Works towards achieving business plan and sales targets for each division / geographic region identified for sale and distribution of products with a defined action plan and strategy   - Conceptualizes sales and channel strategies to establish a effective distribution management and good reach for all brand.   - Coordinate market and sales efforts to develop business development opportunities.   - Responsible for brand promotions, market research, corporate communication and eminence building through consumer media  - Streamlines the distribution system and procedures for an effective distribution network and ensures products reach points of sale on time and in good condition   - Coordinates with Production/ Customers / Sales Personnel / Transporters for ensuring smooth operations.  - Analyses and identifies external partners for distribution and works with the Business Head to finalize strategy to direct the distribution or movement of the product to the customer  - Analyses sales trends, forecasts inventory requirements and monitors external partners  - Managing logistics operations, negotiating with transporters for cost effective transport solutions & clearances  - Evaluates sales, marketing and distribution budgets periodically including manpower-planning initiatives and ensuring adherence to planned expenses  Note: Candidate only should be from Automotive (Cars) Companies.  Mukesh
