Sales Head - Early Stage Alcobev Startup 1. Directly responsible for the P&L of the PAN India Business 2. Responsible for overall sales 3. Lead and manage the sales and distribution plan across markets 4. Build and lead the team 5. Plan and manage the sales budget of the city to achieve the sales target 6. Create and execute the monthly plan to achieve the targets 7. Understand the direct and indirect competition ecosystem in the area 8. Talk to consumers as part of the brand experience 9. Gather retail and marketing data every week and work with management on the next steps 10. Gather and collate weekly/ monthly consumer feedback and sales data 11. Directly work with management based on data and insights to achieve beyond targets 12. Manage promoters/ distributors across multiple markets 13. Work closely with the marketing team to align and close the plan Skills and Experience : 1. 5 + years of offline sales and distribution experience 2. Basic excel knowledge 3. Enthusiasm and agility to achieve beyond targets 4. Well versed with English and Hindi 5. Go beyond job description to deliver company's growth 6.
