Industry : Agri/ Animal Feed Industry / Agri-input/ Fertilizers - Pesticides
Designation : Head Sales - North
Qualification : Graduate and MBA from a reputed institutes.
CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Job Profile :
1. Responsible for Sales in Northern region
2. Gathering market intelligence to build competitive advantage
3. New Business Development
4. Build strong customer relationship with distributors, dealers etc. to ensure repeat business
5. Attending to customer complaints
6. Managing and guiding team for better results
Candidate Profile :
- Should have min 15+ years of experience, should be from Animal/Cattle/Poultry Feed / Agri-input companies that have rural distribution channels.
- Should have experience in Northern Region handling a network of distributors/retailers and sales teams.
- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
