- Conversant with alteast 2 south Indian languages out of Tamil, Telugu and Kannada apart from knowing Hindi and English

- Familiar with atleast 2 out 3 Southern markets (AP & Telangana, TN and Karnataka)

- Should have risen thru the ranks in Sales and Marketing function. (for eg., generating leads from micro marketing activities like Cold calling and leaflet distribution)

- Adept at direct sales (by managing the large direct sales teams) apart from knowing the nuances of other channel sales like DSA, Builder, Connector and other alternate channel like Digital Marketing).

- Quiet conversant in designing sales and marketing budgets including drawing out attractive and innovative incentive plans for the FOS.

- Atleast 2 years of exposure towards affordable housing finance out of total 15 years experience in secured and un-secured lending space. Should be well versed with un-served and under-served customers.

- Should be able to use various technology tools like Apps, field force automation tools and be able to think through various process automations.

- Finally, the ideal candidate should be currently at RSM/ZSM level and aspiring for an NSM role of a mid-sized and promising HFC and willing to scale heights with ease! Needless to mention, he/she should be of highest integrity.
