Head of RSA Network
1. Creation & Management of Providers
2. Ensure Automotive roadside case management
3. Support Ops in closing customer concerns & any network issue
4. Bill Recon / Supplying data to providers and ensure clarity on payment
5. Closing of audit query to process the faster billing process.
6. Periodic Audit of providers and ensure corrective action, where ever required
7. Field customer complaint management / revert to ops / BD
8. Supporting basic Training on SOP / Reports to Providers
9. Supporting BD by meeting dealers & customer, if required
10. Sound knowledge of mechanical especially automotive
11. Drive digital solutions & various SLA thru the country
12. Generate Reports for Management review & support on one for clients
Key requirements:
1. Graduate or Post Graduate with Mechanical or Automobile Degree / Diploma
2. Preferably should have training experience
3. Minimum 8-10 years experience in Automobile
4. Has handled multiple locations & is open to travelling
5. Excellent knowledge of MS word, excel and power point.
6. Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment
7. Possess good communication skills both written and verbal
8. Good problem solving & decision making skills
9. Has excellent data management / crunching skills
10. Must be self motivated, detail oriented
