The role of the incumbent is to design and implement the organization's R&R programmes for sales distribution channels, prepare and implement internal control check list of variable compensation for sales forces. Thus includes budget management, convention/logistic management, analysis, Schedule V, Competition scrutiny, etc.
- Communicate changes in R&R packages for Sales Forces to maintain employee motivation.
- Improve, maintain and manage ongoing relationships with sales channels and sales forces to meet organization's objectives.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of R&R professionals to ensure that the organization's R&R strategy is implemented in the agencies effectively and within established budgets.
- Costing of annual initiatives to ensure the construct & cost are within the available budgets, Design initiatives within the available budget Optimum utilization
- Analyse trends for designing annual initiatives & predicting future behaviour basis the channel targets
- Ensure Increased or sustained coverage of qualifiers for the initiatives
- Data Management as an on-going activity to ensure construct & working are efficient & required details are readily available
- Drive communication plan to supplement contests & annual initiatives by creating maximum visibility & awareness
- Drive visibility of monthly contests & annual initiatives by communicating through multiple modes & using innovative ways for better impact
- Proper monthly plan to send communication to the field on timely basis
- To continuously monitor the effectiveness of various communication modes including outbound calling activity
- Extensively requires to externally benchmark so to get best productivity
- High need to be creative so that employees are motivated and thus drive productivity and run the program successfully
- Need to maintain the regulatory norm and compliance (schedule V)
- Ensure successful and a comprehensive launch for new programs including launch of program on distribution portals/emails by creating hype and awareness of the contest
- Co-ordinate with central MIS team for ensuring awareness
- Co-ordinate with settlement team to ensure fulfil procurement
- Escalation and exception management
- Logistic and event management (~30-35 events per year, mix of national, international and digital events)
- Managing top advisor program - includes MDRT and Club programs
- Should have specialist experience in managing R&R for a large distribution organisation
