Head - RPA & Platform - BPO (17-26 yrs)
- Responsible for providing software and technology and RPA that underpin service offerings across all verticals and horizontals with a view to reduce cost, risk and enhancing regulatory compliance
- Implement automation and robotics strategic plans to enable the division's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth
- Oversee software and RPA implementation across multiple customer programs and support operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Develop the Platforms group by acquiring relevant capability, talent and technology, by partnering with best-in-class technology product providers/vendors
- Design and implement general and customer specific strategy roadmaps for RPA technology adoption, implementation and evolution using right-fit technologies
- Develop and implement commercial models that fit the customer needs and organizational objectives
- Lead/support pre-sales/sales and business development activities by analyst/advisor briefings, customer sourcing/RFX process
- Excellent understanding of current BPO automation products and technology & upcoming trends in the technology landscape
- Good understanding of various underlying technologies used in Business Services Automation, including BPM and RPA (including next-gen AI/Cognitive technologies)
- Proven success in delivering software products and services in a high growth environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Experience in evaluating various technology products and managing 3rd party vendors
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Experience mix of start-up and large company success and experience in leading and collaborating a globally distributed and cross functional organization preferred
- Experience in product development environments is desirable
