Head - Robotics Process Automation - IT

We have this opportunity at Bangalore with one of the leading IT giant with global markets presence.

We are looking for someone who carries a minimum experience of 15 yrs into Cyber - Security & Risk Services. The candidate will be responsible to lead Automation within there CRS practice. The person shall be responsible for driving the Automation function as a Practice with revenue growth, its strategic direction, and managing and building the team.

Role Requirements :

- 15-20 yrs of experience in the Information Security Industry with experience in one of the Security Tracks - Application Security / Data Security / Infrastructure Security.

- Strong program management methodology, communication and articulation skills.

- Define and own automation strategy for security through RPA, Cognitive, and AI

- Drive proof of concepts (POC- s) using in-built solutions and establish proof of technology.

- Define a robust process from opportunity identification to Bots rollout.

- Ensure Bots meet the required compliance & legal standards.

- Drive account rollouts starting from build to production phase.

- Collaborate with BU leaders to proactively mine opportunities for Automation solutions.

- Craft new business opportunities & New business wins (revenue and Order Value)

- Build a plan for the practice and lead the business development, opportunity development, and proposal efforts.
