Position: Head RPA

Job roles and responsibilities:

- Should be proficient in Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, Process, Change and People Management.

- Should have ability to drive sales and shape the RPA As a Service new line of business

- Drive business targets for client value creation, monetization, cost out, automation, Operations Maturity - assessment of process health, people driven innovations

- Drive the transformation engagement plan for key client accounts with teams across India

- Spearhead the digitization of Operations Maturity and new assessment process definition and rollout .

- Identify and drive Client P&L impact initiatives - Drive initiatives to improve client revenue, reduce costs, optimize working capital.

- Engage with client leadership teams in RFP/RFIs, client visits and in ongoing account transformation planning and delivery

- Identify local solutions in RPA to meet the price sensitive needs of clients in India.

Job qualification

- Professional with minimum 12 years of experience in Sales/IT development/Process excellence teams from reputed companies

- Must have experience in driving RPA projects

- Candidate worked in CoE team would be added advantage
