Head - RMS - Financial House (15-20 yrs)

Title - Head - RMS.
Reporting to - Head of Department.
Industry - Stock Broking.
Location - Mumbai.
Role:
- Controlling all trading system i.e. ODIN, Greek, Neat & Bolt System.
- Uploading Surveillance, Holding & USER Mapping Files in ODIN.
- Create and Assign User template to ODIN Users.
- Maintain product wise Script basket template and addition & deletion of Scripts.
- Assign CRP to clients and Dealers.
- Manage Time and MTM setting for Clients and set the same & Tracking of MTM losses.
- Blocking of all T,Z and Illiquid script in trading systems.
- Mapping of New client codes in the trading system of ODIN Admin and on Greek Server.
- Check member level trading limits for all segments in morning and reporting the same to higher levels for smooth working.
- Set limit of client, dealers, Neat Id & Bolt.
- Resolve live queries of clients and branches regarding trading limit, ledger balance and trades.
- Follow up with clients for payments and margins.
- Preparation of Ageing reports to avoid risk and follow the same.
- Daily backup of trades executed in all segment.
- Handling client queries for holdings, Balances, trades etc.
- Co-coordinating With Colleagues for proper and smooth Function of RMS Dept.
- Implementing of New policy as per compliance in RMS System in all Software .
- Converting Daily Manual BOD & EOD process to Atomization.
Experience - 15+ years.
Salary as per Industry Standards.
