They specialize in financing sectors and geographic regions that other providers can- t or won- t serve, with a goal of fuelling international trade for all. The Role : Looking for an enthusiastic Risk Head who is responsible for managing the portfolio risk, transaction risk, collections through building sound credit policies. The person would also play an integral role in defining new markets/products for the company. Responsibilities : - Formulating risk policies for the product - Managing exposure at a transaction and portfolio level - Build end to end collection process - Coordinating with the Operations team, Product team and Tech team for smooth implementation of our internal processes - Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders for collection, operations whenever required Requirements : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in commerce, economics, engineering - 6-10 years of experience in a banks and/or fintech - Very high attention to detail - Strong technology orientation - Strong data/numbers orientation - Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills
