Head - Risk/Compliance & Regulatory Affairs - Legal Entity (18-30 yrs)
The Head - Risk and Regulatory Affairs - be responsible for
- Governance of Local Legal Entities
- Risk Oversight and Governance - for the Local Legal Entities
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides Risk Management and Leadership Oversight focused on Operational risk as well as Compliance and Strategic risks.
- Risk Mitigation
Providing thought leadership and support to drive and implement strategy, vision, and purpose.
- As a senior member, being a part of various meets and forums to oversee the risk related issues.
- Ensure key strategic and operational risks for each legal entity are understood and assist in establishing appropriate mitigants to manage those risks.
- Strong understanding of any sort of Risk that might hit the Legal entity and identify and assess impact of associated issues.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Exp in Risk and Compliance in Big Fours / BFSI / Captive Banks and should have done - CA / CS / LLB Graduate from Tier 1 Schools.
- Meaningful exposure to risk and compliance and a clear appreciation of internal Control/Governance and Oversight ability to operate on/at board level
- Proven ability to manage in a changing business environment
- Proven track record in understanding and managing regulatory change
