- We are cash rich, profit making, well-funded company solving problems in FinTech domain in India & overseas. Current we have an approval from the RBI to offer account aggregation services.

- And in a verge of setting up subsidiary entity which will make impact NBFC market in India.

Position : Head- Risk & Compliance

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- You will be on boarded as 1st employee of this business unit & will be face of an organization to RBI to get final approval account aggregation services commercially

- Point of contact for RBI and responsible for all the communication and updates

- Developed processes to support changes to risk and governance framework of standards, guidelines and policies

- Payments Risk & Compliance: Define controls and methodology to implement product requirements in accordance with the RBI guidelines, highlight the compliance requirements

- Assist in identifying the risk factors and define risk rules for risk mitigation.

- Developed controls and measures to identify excessive operational risk to control problems

- Ensuring compliance with the code of conduct in addition to all other regulatory requirements, including Data Protection, Information Security and Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations

- Front-led end-to-end setting up of new AML Frameworks right from scratch for the Payments Bank customers and institutes

- Directed wide variety of activities inclusive of identifying statutory and regulatory requirements, adhering to government policies, scrutinizing the compliance framework and obtaining its approval from senior management

- Make company A most trusted, secure, and reliable data fiduciary trusted by millions of users and hundreds of institutions

- Ensure adherence to the proposed Personal Data Protection Act, raise the compliance bar for the industry

- Develop world class internal governance standards, working with the board and other stakeholders

- Manage regulatory, ecosystem, and other relationships to grow the ecosystem

Performance Metrics :

- Secure approval from RBI

- Establish relationship with Banks/ NBFC in India

- User acquisition, retention, monetization

- Own the P&L

- Maintain good Governance standards & regulatory

We are looking for :

- At least 10+Years of hands on experience in leadership roles

- Exceptional experience in Compliance, Regulatory, Fraud, Risk Management & Online Operations

- Extensive experience of compliance against RBI, PMLA, OFAC, HMT, FCA, EU, FinCen, BSA & FATF guidelines

- Hands on experience with various systems used to manage fraud

- Working knowledge of banking fraud which includes, Money laundering, Account Compromise, BIN attack & Bot Attack

- Proven ability in successful running shows in highly regulated environment

- Entrepreneur mind set or ability to work on unknown ideas
