Head - Risk Analytics - NBFC

The incumbent will lead the risk analytics function for the NBFC which lends to SMEs. Responsibilities will include:

1. Will have the opportunity to build team and function from scratch

2. Build & update the risk policies across all products

3. Regularly update management on the new and improved mechanics of credit analysis and assessment

4. Monitor credit policies and improve as well as define new credit scorecard and ploicies

Looking for:

1. Atleast 5 years of exp. in risk analytics

2. Preferable a graduate from ISI or IITs in Stats/Maths

3. Must have exp. of working in the lending function of a bank or NBFC

4. Prefer exp. in small lending thought not a must
