Head - Rewards - Retail (10-19 yrs)
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Designs rewards programs that support the competition for talent and the company's continued growth
- Responsible for all executive rewards activities, supporting the CHRO and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
- Provide expertise regarding the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including base pay, short and long term incentives, and executive compensation
- Provides leadership for effective employee wellness programs which are designed to improve the health and well-being of associates
Experience / Requirements
- MBA
- Ten (10) years' of experience in Total Rewards Leadership required
- Retail experience preferred
