Head Rewards/Performance Management Cycle/HR Operations

Our client is a growing life insurance firm headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Description :

- The role will be responsible for heading the critical HR function of Total Rewards, Performance Management, and HR operations for employees base of 10,000+

- Design the best in class compensation and benefits framework for the firm based on the industry trends to attract and retain the talent along with aligning with the cost optimization initiatives.

- Focus on managing long term incentive plans and ESOP structure.

- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of a compensation module designed by Oracle.

- To lead end to end Performance Management Cycle. Reviewing the current framework and evolving them as and when required.

- Lead all aspects of HR operations to function from policy creation to management, HR Compliance, Payroll, HR Technology.

Preferred candidate :

- Should have experience in leading the Rewards function.

- Strong understanding of C&B and up to date with the latest market trends.

- Must have proven experience in managing HR technology implementation.

- Experience in the insurance sector would be an added benefit. Open for consulting experience managing insurance clients.
