Job Description :
- Exposure in design, development, implementation, and communication of Total Rewards programs across all geographies.
- Should be well versed in wellness, benefits, compensation, incentives, equity and other people practices.
- Work closely with HR team and business teams and support in the growth of the organization.
- Exposure in developing the annual appraisal cycle, variable pay and range design, benefits and compensation bench-marking.
- Should be confident and smart to manage the work in the chaotic and unstructured atmosphere as well.
- Should bring exposure working in a new age set up or an IT product based organization.
