EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1. Market Planning - Strategic decision & plan on Where & How to Invest for Network Expansion?

- Analysis of Current coverage of and strategy for coverage expansion.

- Selection and prioritisation of New Towns for Network Roll Out on the basis of – 1] Circle objective for reach to particular POP strata. 2] Population of uncovered markets 3] Population Density 4] Market Potential Value (MPV) 5] Competition Scenario 6] Community of Interest ( COI coverage requirement).

- Detailed Network Roll Out plan with thorough use of GIS & Census data.

2. Capacity Utilisation of the Network

- Correct planning of sites (refer point no 1) for better utilization.

- Tracking execution of Network Deployment as per plan by Technical Team

- Tracking of all Cell Ids for Capacity Utilization, identify problem cells

- Analysis & action plan to improve the Capacity Utilization
