Head - Revenue Assurance - Billing & Recovery Function (14-22 yrs)

Urgent Opportunity within Revenue Assurance Head for leading organistion


1. Position Summary : 

- Formulate processes for the entire Billing and Recovery function, monitor the Billing and Recovery process and timelines, sustain and develop National operations processes, implement new business processes along with effective implementation of pricing strategies and schemes and monitor deals nationally from compliance and operations perspective with the objective of ensuring the collection of revenue from various sources within the stipulated timelines and minimize opportunity loss in revenues.

2. Areas of Responsibility : 

Billing:

- Review and monitor agency / client specific rates / deals, examine unbilled reports for 100% revenue generation, and ascertain and organize the schedule to publish status on a daily basis in order to ensure error free on-time billing of all clients / agencies.

Recovery:

- Review debtor's health check report, provide and monitor the credit control mechanism and review unmatched credits in order to minimize the number of days overdue.

Compliance (Process and Systems):

- Create / maintain business and credit processes for mid / long term basis, authenticate the rate structure on a deal to deal basis, set up and review credit and process norms / incentive structure for both internal and external teams / agency, gather business process information and give inputs for SAP system development team to develop / configure the system, and improvise existing processes in order to minimize opportunity loss in revenues.

Building Client Relationships:

- Develop and maintain relations with key clients in order to maximize the opportunities to secure business.

Workforce Management:

- Develop team members by coaching / mentoring and on-the-job training, allocation of work responsibilities, and constant motivation of regular as well as unionized staff in order to ensure smooth functioning of the department on a day-to-day basis.

Cost Management:

- Initiate Cost control, rationalization of costs, budgeting and cost management at Response, and studying market trends in order to ensure cost optimization for administrative activities at Response.
