Head - Return Operations & Loss Mitigation - eCommerce/Retail Industry (12-20 yrs)
1. We are looking for a strong supply chain professional with 12+ years- experience having background from E commerce/ Retail industry.
2. This will be responsible for entire product return operations (Reverse logistics); minimizing risk, deciding the re-salability of those return products in the local market hence to mitigate the overall loss.
3. Exploring & developing key clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
4. Ensuring smooth and flawless operations round the clock by completing negotiations & vendor development (transport, manpower, supplies, etc.) inclusive of rate negotiations.
5. This reports to the Head Supply Chain India. And will manage a team.
