- Driving & monitor loyalty performance on agreed metrics (acquisition, retention/churn management, overall business contribution etc.) and to guide the analytics requirements and efforts of the team in this direction.  - Develop, Implement and manage the direct marketing calendar (comprehensive loyalty campaigns) with a focus to generate incremental revenue from the loyalty base.   - Lead a team managing & delivering on customer acquisition, development, retention and care.   - Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and working with IT to deliver an Omni channel loyalty program experience.   - Design and integrate new systems and process improvements to continuously evolve and better the program operations.  - Build strong relationship and foster teamwork among agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure that they are aligned with program objectives and for a seamless loyalty program delivery.  - Lead and manage all aspects of direct marketing message delivery (printed and digital)   - Actively use customer insight/feedback and buy basket analysis to develop and optimize program messaging, refine customer experience and ensure targeted communication.   - Analysing & reporting on the performance of DM campaigns - Provide timely analysis of performance with a view to monitor & if required refine programs in real time to improve efficiency and effectiveness.   - Budgeting and budget phasing for the Loyalty program - Develop and phase/manage program budget as per annual calendar and track related expenses. Ensure spends are in line with brand plans and are tracked on a monthly basis.
