The Candidate will be setting up the GT channel from scratch:
1. Draw up the offline distribution channel strategy in consultation with the leadership team
2. Recruit the offline distribution team
3. Relationships with + Experience of dealing with MT
4. Experience of EBO opening
5 Startup and setting up retail sales channel is must.
6.Experience of expanding distribution network to new regions (not just managing existing coverage)
7. You should have handled P&L responsibility
