Head - Retail Operations - Coffee (4-10 yrs)
We are looking for Director - Retail Operation role for the India's one of the top coffee company with mission to introduce customers to the Indian great tasting coffees from, roast the beans and ship them out to customers as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities for Director - Retail Operations
- To be responsible for Business Development & Retail Operations. (P & L Role)
- Responsible for Retail Operations, Retail Business Development
- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing sales program in the Region
- Responsible for in-store Planning, coordination & evaluation of promotions, marketing and Visual support.
- Responsible for Managing Retail Operations, Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions of outlets of Pan India
- Comprehensive management of Retail Operations for Exclusive Brand Outlets in High Street Stores and Malls.
- Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date information of the market place, competitors and trends.
- Take decisions and manages the daily operations of the retail business including planning of resources.
- To ensure the delivery of operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across stores
- Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities.
- To introduce new sales and marketing strategies.
Professional Experience & Key Competencies
- 5 - 10 yrs of work experience in managing Exclusive Brand Outlets in Malls & High Streets.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- PAN India experience
- Strong team management skills
