Job Description :
- Complete data management, upload, ledgers, borrower details etc.
- Strong co-ordination with IT team
- Physical file & document management - movement, storage, retrieval etc.
- Compliances to the Process
- Co-ordination with accounts & Mid office
- Policy formulation
- Complaint management
- Customer service
- Generating MIS
- Bureau Resolutions
- Audits
- Risk Identification and mitigants
- Regulatory Reports
Skill Sets :
Functional Skills :
- Must have worked in the operations functions in a retail lending institution
- CA by qualification
- Should understand the accounting principles, borrower ledgers, banking rules and regulations related to retail assets
- Must have handled large teams
- Should be comfortable with technology
- Meticulous in working, record keeping
- Ability to think ahead and innovate for higher efficiencies
- Exposure to PSU banks way of working to be an added advantage
