Head - Retail Operations

We are looking for a Head of Retail for a growing eCommerce start-up based in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- Building and owning the entire Retail channel from scratch

- Planning and execution of overall strategy for the Offline Retail channel.

- Owning the 0-1 (zero to one) journey of offline Retail channel for the organization.

- Strategy, Team management, P&L, Logistics, Operations and others.

- Increase the overall topline through new channels and avenues to build the business

- Responsible for store level/overall profitability in each channel

- Develop a sales strategy and implement plans to undertake initiatives to maximize business opportunities, increase market share, and meet sales targets and KPIs.

- Building and managing a team of supremely motivated and talented Retail professionals.

Preferred qualifications:

- Over 5 years of experience in building or leading the Retail channel for an established consumer goods brand/company.

- In-depth understanding, knowledge and experience of various offline retail models.

- Post-graduate degree in relevant discipline from a recognized premier university.
