Head - Retail Operations (5-16 yrs)

Hiring Head Retail Pan India for a leading Start up and one stop shop for all pet products all across India.

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to CEO

Team Size - 200 + People

Working Days - 5 ( Alternate Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Person will be responsible for leading and managing our retail strategy and ops for all our stores across India (including overseeing expansion).

Key areas of work would include: distribution, store expansion and VM across all of our stores.

Retail Operations

- Implementing sales promotion plans, new store launching in generating revenue.

- Coordinating the in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products.

- Creating terms of trade with local companies in introducing new products and assessing its performance.

- Interacting with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtaining feedback.

Stores Management :

- Handling product placement in the stores as per company trends.

- Setting planograms and layouts for the various stores opened by the organization as per company norms.

- Designing strategies for distribution, stock, transportation & customer services entailing process optimization and location planning.

- Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.

Client Relationship Management:

Planning and executing customer service strategy with team in increasing sales.

Providing robust and timely service to end customers; generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability & sales growth through out of mouth publicity.

They may work if they themselves have been responsible for setting the overall vision for VM across India stores .
