Head - Retail Liability - NCD - Financial Industry

Business Outcomes :

- Understand Business Vision and develop the Strategy for Retail Liability Business (Infra Bonds, Public Issue, Commercial Paper, Inter Corporate Deposits, etc) in alignment with the Organization Vision

- Guide & facilitate the team to formulate Strategy to raise resources through Public Issue of NCDs / Private Placement of NCDs / CPs

- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; creating visibility through investors meet / conferences, communication of results updates etc

- Building Relationships with Key Arrangers / Brokers / Intermediaries / Clients in their respective jurisdiction and areas

- Monitor competition and industry trends and develop strong market intelligence network

Risk, Process & Compliance :

- Oversee process adherence, TAT improvement & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence for Retail Liability

- Ensure optimum intervention, deployment and integration of technology in all processes

- Liaoning with all the Internal and External Stakeholders to understand the Processes and Identifying the opportunity to automate and digitalize

- Create Visibility & Sustainability by conducting Bond awareness Programme, Associates meeting, ASSOCHAM Bond Summit, etc

People :

- Manage self and team through the establishment of goal setting and review mechanisms to achieve the objectives of the function

- Ensure effective career and succession planning for all positions in the department
