Purpose of the role:

- Responsible for channel profitability as per the business strategy.

- Responsible for profitable retail expansion & to be one of the enablers for lifestyle brands

- Responsible for franchisee management and building winning propositions.

Responsibilities :

- Developing strategy to achieve the brands' vision of Lifestyle business and target for Retail business.

- Strategize & create Annual Operating plans as per the vision.

- Deliver Revenue, Profitability as per the AOP.

- Curate Strategies to build future capabilities.

- Custodian of Raymond Culture & Customer Experience benchmarks.

- Brand positioning in Retail as per the product and the customer.

- Manage respective Brand's Revenue & profitability as per Budget

- EBITDA & NWC management to deliver profitability of the Channel

- Retail Expansion as per plans
