We at ABC Consultants are looking for a Head Distribution for retail broking arm of one of our clients based out of Mumbai. Our client is one of the established NBFC.

- Heading the Pan India team of professionals driving sales & distribution of wide range of retail products

- Should have a track record of starting the business from scratch and growing the set-up and team and P&L.

- Responsible for revenue generation through up selling & cross selling of financial products through branches, DST, and other business partners

- Responsible for building & managing a strong team across verticals.

- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, strategizing and achieving budget P&L, including top line & bottom line from investment products.

- Drive strategic business objectives and business performance through periodic campaigns

- Should have strong experience in managing distribution through DSA/DST route

- We are looking for candidates with minimum of 15 years of experience with strong distribution background from financial services (Bank/NBFC)
