Position - Head Retail Distribution

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the distribution and sales of health plans through channel partners
- Identify, onboard, and nurture the relevant partners from Loan DSAs, Financial Advisors, Fintechs to Healthcare Companies, etc.
- Develop a high-performance team of sales managers to sign up new partners
- Build and manage a team of key account managers, sales ops, and callers for supporting each partner post onboarding
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual targets for each channel and push the team and partners to achieve numbers
Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of experience in setting and managing retail distribution channels for insurance products
- Must-have set up and managed a fairly large team of channel managers, account managers, sales ops and tele-callers
- Deep understanding of channels, partners, and alliances that work for insurance products
- Already have connects with some of the partners and quickly develop relationships with new ones
- Go-getter attitude with an aggressive sales mentality
