Head - Retail & Alternate Channel (12-15 yrs)
Retail & Alternate Channel Head
- Oversee end to end operations of the car care studio right from prospecting, shortlisting, agreement signing to inauguration in line with the signed off strategy for the channel
- Formulate the best-in-class SOP and quality checks to ensure the CCS operations are in the best interest of the company and all CCS consistently deliver superior customer service
- Working closely with the technical team ensure the studio employees are trained adequately on the products and services and do refreshers in adequate intervals
- Ensure the Branding, merchandising and the layout of the outlet in line with the signed off design
- Ideate and execute with the help of the team and agency innovating marketing programmes to increase footfall of studio and uphold the reputation of the brand and service
- Deliver the top line sales plan signed off for the vertical monthly/annually
- Build adequate prospect pipeline and deliver the total CCS footprint plan signed off for the country with timelines
- Only female candidates with relevant retail, franchise experience will be eligible
