Head Retail
Job Purpose :
Accountable for overall success of all the Retail outlets within the Centre, which includes meeting financial and service targets, maintaining standard procedures, maximizing margin potential and identifying and implementing new products and service offers, whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Topline/Bottom line and P & L Management
- Team Management
- Handling existing stores and Retail Expansion.
- Producing Accurate Monthly Departmental Stock Reports, including maintaining CBL brand standards and accurate and best cost practice of all stock
- Increasing productivity through focus on Retail Operations
- Daily management of all goods-in and consumption levels against reports
- Maintain accurate cost and sales information
- Create an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels
- Seamless customer journey through training, developing and leading by example
- Maintain brand standards within presentation and service
- Identify and implement improved service practices and procedures
- Liaising with Marketing and Sales to initiate and implement promotions and events within the Centre
- Liaise with Marketing & Sales for promotional requirements
