Head - Resourcing - Management Consulting Firm (8-12 yrs)

A management consulting vertical (700+) with offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi is looking for a Head Resourcing to be based at their Delhi/Gurgaon offices.

As Head of Resourcing your main responsibilities will involve:

- Partnering with the business to define, set up, manage and operationally deliver recruitment activity in line with KPIs and service level agreements.

- Collaborating with the operational business to ensure hiring needs are aligned with the requirements of the business

- Lead and develop the Recruitment team to ensure high performance.

- Develop and maintain a clear strategy for Recruitment for the business across junior and key hire requirements

- Develop and maintain recruitment and selection processes to ensure both qualitative and quantitative requirements are met.

- Manage recruitment budget to demonstrate efficient use of resources and return on investment.

- Engage with Clients and Industry bodies to ensure up to date understanding of changes and new practices.

- Manage Preferred Suppliers to deliver cost effective, high quality service.

- Work with Marketing to deliver effective brand awareness through advertising, external media and collateral.

- Review and analyse demographics to ensure effective delivery

- Establish and maintain clear Service Level Agreements (SLA) with key business stakeholders.

- Develop, support and lead the roll out/implementation of new policies, procedures and processes..

- Identify and lead key Recruitment projects as required

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- A successful career in Talent and Resourcing.

- Experience in successfully managing a team of Recruitment professionals, setting strategy, goals and objectives and tracking performance.

- Demonstrated experience in the management of resources including budget.

Experience & Essential Skillsets

Minimum 8 -12 years of talent acquisition and management

A premier institute candidate preferably from the consulting space

Go getter and self motivated individual.
