Head - Resource Management - IT (16-24 yrs)
The Resource management head will be resp for recruitment and allocations across the business, and partner heavily with different verticals to manage the full ecosystem of resources, and effective development of an organization's human resources
- Oversees the hiring, staffing needs and talent management process across locations in India and Global operations.
- Produce a monthly Resource for the organization that shows allocations for teams, open roles, and over or under-staffed teams.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and track the moves of team members between businesses.
- Provide insight and analysis of key talent acquisition and management issues across the organization.
- Work with the teams to identify new hire needs (New scope, Attrition, change in needs), vet and justify the need to hire against current team availability and provide recommendations on the requests.
- Manage the workflow for Open hiring mandates
- Work with the teams to accurately project hring needs, anticipate and plan for future demands of resources
- Hire the talent from conventional and non conventional methods including social media, digital platforms, campus cost effectively
Looking for MBA HR, with 16-24 years of TA and resource experience, specifically in IT Industry.
