Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning and execution of product development strategies. This includes the evaluation of all design alternatives and the selection of those that will be used to develop new products.

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

- To ensure that all new technologies are researched and evaluated to see if they meet the organization's needs.

- Should have deep knowledge and understanding of Telecom Products included in the recent PLI scheme announced.

- Should be well versed with overall Supply Chain of these Products and technical requirements of the Operators.

- Should have experience of all statutory compliance including DOT,TRAI,WPC,etc.

- Should have experience in liasoning with design and development team at Airtel , JIO, Vodafone etc.

- Experience in sourcing from Global suppliers and deep understanding of supply chain from design perspective to get the best possible cost for design

- Responsible to control costs related to product design and manufacturing processes. As well as project management techniques used to develop a cost effective solution for customers

- Responsible to develop a solid relationship with partners and vendors to get priority over competition

Requirements:

- Responsible for planning and execution of product development strategies. This includes the evaluation of all design alternatives and the selection of those that will be used to develop new products.

- Responsible to oversee the development of new products, including design and testing phases.

- Supervising all aspects related to product innovation and technology development. This, then, includes R&D projects, such as new product development, improvement of existing products, as well as new technologies to be used within products

- Product development, testing and validation experience on GPON technology, especially ONTs

- Network, VoIP, & Data Centre Application networking troubleshooting, analysis, and escalation. - Able to simplify and articulate complex technical scenarios and project scopes to Sr. Management, while providing direct mentoring and management to subordinate engineers and analysts. - Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated leadership and personnel management skills.

- Good experience in overall development of CPE products in most cost effective way , meeting and beating the customer expectations.

- Exceptional leadership quality to take the whole team ahead towards the newer technologies and product development

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication /job-related field required. Master's preferred. Certification and specialized training that is directly related to the type of work being performed.

- 15 to 20 years of experience in telecom field specially in R&D
