Head - Research & Development - Powder Nutrition Product

- Research and provide inputs for base formulation and product to market in meal replacement/ Supplement / nutrition segment.

- Create quality parameters for manufacturing set up and continuously strive to maintain the standard.

- Research, identify and develop innovative concepts to develop variants and new products.

- Raw material selection and supplier audits based on requirement of the product.

- Create Lab and pilot test runs for products.

- Coordinate with marketing and sales team to collect market feedback and current trends.

- Work on market analytics to derive new marketable products.

- Ensure products are in accordance with various applicable laws for the segment viz.,FSSAI, BIS etc.

- Continuous research to develop meal supplement / replacement for various market segments (diabetic and others).

- Coordination with manufacturing team to ensure quality and correct mix for products.

- Coordinate and advise to raw material supplier to ensure the constituents are in accordance with the formulation requirements.

- Product claims and resolution to customer complaints

- Product costing support from formulation to manufacturing of final products

Academics & experience

B.Techin any discipline/Post Graduate having specialization in Procurement

- 12+ years of experience in similar industry

- Additional certification/ accreditation in supply chain management
