Head - Research & Development - Pharma (20-28 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking for a candidate with 20+ years of experience from the Nutraceuticals/Pharmaceuticals/Ayurveda/Sports Nutrition industry who has strong experience into R&D. Will be responsible for handling a team of around 70 people.
- Involved in developing strategy and novel products for differentiated formulations and life cycle management of existing market products into Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda & Sports Nutrition.
- Review project progress within project teams, applying appropriate mentoring tools and resources to troubleshoot problems.
- Exploring potential opportunities and developed new commercial alliances and scientific collaborations.
- Coordinate with the business development team to create and explore the possibilities of potential new products and external collaborations and conduct due diligence process with potential MNCs.
- Experience with Contract Research Organizations/ CROs /CRAMS is an added advantage.
- A strong experience in product pipeline/frequent product launches from Indian Pharma companies will be helpful.
