- To lead the R&D department with complete knowledge and expertise in Food industry, the role would aim at maintaining / improving the existing product quality & providing innovative product solution in NDC Product range.
- To maintain the quality of the existing range of products and continuous approach to make the product quality better with cost effectiveness,
- Team management which will involve coaching, mentoring the team and developing them to take larger roles
- Expertise in steering the entire product development cycle including requirement analysis, planning, monitoring, market validation.
- Develop and maintain relations with key accounts with focus on product development
- Working very closely with Sales Team to understand market requirement, prevailing trends etc
- New Product Innovation, would require to come to up with pioneering products which acts like solution for the market, cost effective and provides great profit margin to the company
