Client Details

Our client is a leading fortune 500 Swiss MNC. They are operating in 160+ countries and employ over 25000+ employees. They have a mega plant in Chakan, Pune and are looking for a R&D head to guide the NPD strategy of their clients. This role will be based out of Pune.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing based in Singapore and leading R&D and pilot plant operations, you will be responsible for -

- Leading teams to execute the NPD strategy

- Maintaining client relationships and bringing new business for their R&D facility

- Building R&D strategy with clients keeping their Go-to-Market in mind

- Keeping a close contact with sales and marketing to ensure all product development is in sync with customer needs and the business model

- Overall management of the R&D division

- Taking up travel and managing CXO relationships

Profile

- You are a Food Technologist with at least 10-15 years of product development experience preferably in an MNC environment.

- You must have demonstrated excellent business skills, team building and collaborative skills. 

- Interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
