Head - Research & Development - Adhesives & Construction Chemicals

Job Description :

- Responsible for R&D & Technical support for Adhesives, Construction Chemicals and Water proofing Chemicals.

- Evaluation of competitors- product.

- Experiment with different water proofing agents, admixtures, & construction chemicals in laboratory.

- To identify & resolve problem if any, coming from the field.

- Modify the existing formulations by developing alternative sources.

- Sample testing and analysis

- Check the quality of raw materials.

- Provide technical support to sales team and clients
