- Analyze and develop key insights around our customers using the data lake database including creating the most effective segmentations, identifying trends and opportunities through analyzing customer behavior, and reporting on customer response to key initiatives. - Integrate our database information with other customer research. - Transform multiple consumer-related data sources (customer surveys, customer comment cards, and calls, supplier partner insights, product research, market research, product trends, brand personas, etc.) into actionable insights that result in improved customer service, increased subscriptions - Manage translation of data into insights by proactively and effectively communicating the so whats from the data, as well as the issues and/or opportunities exposed via the data. Partner with cross-functional teams to act on opportunities. Design measurement of effectiveness of new programs. - Continuously drive toward reporting improvement and efficiency by simplifying and automating where possible, eliminating redundancy across the organization, defining metrics, and building new reports (develop the framework and identify data sources) as needed to support decision-making. - Reporting of key findings in easy to understand graphics - Partner with the revenue team to identify, size, and prioritize opportunities for trigger campaigns, personalization, targeted offers, testing, and/or segmentation. - Perform ad-hoc analysis and data pulls related to subscription, Marketing and/or customer insights data to support cross-functional partners in Marketing and Product - Provide business cases and project management support for key strategic initiatives and/or task forces based on current areas of focus and growth for the business. Education: MBA Experience: - At least 7+ years experience (predominantly Television / Entertainment/ Retail &/or FMCG) across multiple disciplines: - Business Analytics & Insights - 5+ years - Required - Marketing &/or Sales experience - Desired - Target organizations can be TV / OTT, DTH, Telecom Subscription service companies for such a candidate. - Should have managed a team of at least 3 - 4 executives.
