Head of Remote Sales/Inside Sales

We are a 14 year young recruitment firm with a global reach named ArCent. We provide dependable top-level talent to our clients. Most of our clients are leading MNCs and CMM level companies.

We are looking for a Head of a Remote Sales for one of our Client which is a Singapore based education company - RSH Xseed (https://www.info.xseededucation.com/). They run the programs for teaching and learning. Their program is an integrated curriculum, teacher training, and assessment tool for K-8 school and out-of-school education. This program has reached close to 2 million students across several countries.

ROLE DESCRIPTION - HEAD OF REMOTE SALES

Reporting to (Hiring Manager) - COO, based in Gurgaon

Span of Control (# of Direct/Indirect reportees) - Currently about 15, but to go double in next few months.

Place of posting (Location) - Preferably Gurgaon in a Hybrid model from a 'WeWork', else Bengaluru (WFH) or location can be discussed.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Will be responsible to build and run the Inside Sales team. Implement rigorous training program that establishes rules of engagement, scripts, communication protocols, and closing tools.

- Work with marketing to create lead generation and sales conversion tools.

- Own the remote sales funnel - from sales lead to closure.

- Own remote sales conversion metrics and monthly goals, run regular review & dashboards.

REQUIREMENT

- Must have managed an inside sales team for a challenger brand.

- Must Have Remote B2B sales experience preferably in a SME.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION - Preferably MBA from a Tier 2 Institute.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE - Experience should include 8-12 years of insides sales experience.
