Head - Regulatory Reporting/Product Control/Financial Planning & Analysis - Investment Banking (13-25 yrs)

Job Description :


1. Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of daily Investment Bank Formal P&L for IHC entity

2. Finalisation of investment banking Revenue and liaise across finance teams including but not limited to financial control/ Product control to ensure timely submission of month-end adjustments and finalization of revenue reporting.

3. Report P&L performance Regulators and Senior management (EXCO, EXFO) and any ad-hoc requirement from compliance and risk teams

4. Able to review and communicate Product hierarchy changes and project manage alignments in revenue reporting hierarchies from a system ownership perspective.

5. Review and timely delivery of Board packs with signed off numbers/ MI sourced from respective functions along with meaningful commentary to explain MoM variance and movements.

6. Ensure the team understand wider picture and equipped with efficient ways to pull MI together with help of appropriate technology tools (Qlikview, One view, BO, Tableau)

7. Liaise with other regional teams to ensure global consistency and collaborative working

8. Build a strong rapport with the Risk/ product control and FC teams.

9. This will involve dealing with senior members across these functions and establish a working relationship to work well from a remote location.

10 .Oversee all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks - ensure they are delivered in a timely and accurate manner

11. Initiate continuous process improvements and look to seek efficiency in the team's functions

12. Handling Ad-hoc projects.
