Head - Regulatory Compliance - LLB - Credit Rating Firm

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Head for a Credit Rating company.

Location : Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities :

- Serve as the principal point of contact on compliance matters for the company

- Provide direction and oversight to company's compliance team, to ensure that compliance program is effective in detecting, preventing and responding to non- compliance

- Supervise compliance team, with dotted line reporting to Oversee relationships with regulatory authorities

- Coordinate compliance efforts globally, as part of a network of regional compliance colleagues and with centralized compliance functions

- Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring

- Advise/train employees on relevant codes, policies and procedures

- Provide other periodic compliance training as appropriate

- Participate in and support ad hoc projects, as requested

- Spot issues, analyse compliance exception trends, and recommend remedial actions to senior management within assigned lines of business

- Formulation of various compliance codes, policies and procedures, promote consistency across jurisdictions, and facilitate escalation and appropriate resolution of compliance issues

Qualification : Law Graduate from reputed university, CS will be added advantage

Experience : in BFSI or Credit Rating Company
